I have worked with Richard Lloyd since they opened for business and still today they outperform the market. Their level of care and professional manner make them stand out.
I recently used Richard Lloyd to assist in recruiting an Accountant for my business. Kylie Bonafini took the time to listen and understand our business needs and the role we had to fill (including taking into account the company culture – which is an important one for us) to ensure we got a good fit and the right person. The candidates shortlisted were all very good quality; we were very happy with the entire recruitment process and final outcome which has resulted in us taking on board a new employee. The whole process was quick and very efficiently managed by Kylie and her team, and I would happily recommend Richard Lloyd to anyone looking to fill a similar role.
We have been using Richard Lloyd for both our permanent and temporary positions in our finance team for over 3.5 years now. The team at Richard Lloyd have developed a strong understanding of our business and particularly the business culture which is very important to us to get right as we have a small dedicated team. We have confidence that shortlisted candidates are fully briefed about our business and the fundamentals of the position, this professional approach leads to time savings in our recruitment process.
I am pleased to provide a testimonial about the very efficient service provided by David Robinson from Richard Lloyd Accounting Recruitment. David was able to find us a very good candidate to fill our Assistant Accountant position. He definitely met our expectations in finding the right candidate, and following up on any related matter. I can comfortably recommend the services of David and his company and would certainly use their services again if the need arises
We had recent dealings with Richard Lloyd to recruit an Assistant Accountant for our company. They were one of the best recruiters I have dealt with as a candidate and client. The consultant listened to our requirements and forwarded the appropriate candidates. They were very thorough with each one of the candidate's experiences and provided constructive advice. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional and friendly consultant, who kept in touch to see how the candidate was progressing within the company. I highly recommend them and would deal with Richard Lloyd again in the future.
I came across the Richard Lloyd founding Directors several years ago. Since that time, their values and approach, professional and personalised service have not changed and they are always willing to go that extra mile. Both as a client and candidate I can confidently recommend Richard Lloyd as a recruiter that always seeks to understand the requirements to deliver positive outcomes.
I have worked with Richard Lloyd from both an employer and employee perspective over several years. This is a recruitment team second to none! For them, it is all about understanding what the client wants (both employers and candidates) and finding the right fit. This is demonstrated by the fact that they listen to what is required, manage expectations, are always responsive and have an extensive network across several industries. I have always found their honesty, professionalism, and continual communication throughout the recruitment process and then beyond faultless. For me, this is a partnership!
I have known Geoff Balmer at Richard Lloyd for many years. I have worked with Geoff as a client and a candidate, and he has treated me well in both capacities. I found him and his team to be professional, courteous and genuine. I would highly recommend Richard Lloyd to my fellow accountants or if you are a company considering using outside assistance to recruit, look no further than Geoff at Richard Lloyd
From my first experience dealing with a Richard Lloyd consultant, it was extremely refreshing to be speaking with such a professional, diligent and understanding Consultant. Richard Lloyd Consultants listen to your business needs with a genuine interest, they take the time to ensure they understand every aspect of our requirements. This enables them to forward Resume’s from high-quality candidates that meet every criteria of the job description. It is a pleasure to forward my Recruiting needs to my Consultant at Richard Lloyd as no other Agency can match the professionalism and loyalty that Richard Lloyd offers.
We have used the services of Richard Lloyd on a number of occasions to locate new members for our team. Each time the team make a significant effort to understand our preferred candidate profile and match to each position under review. We will continue to utilise Richard Lloyd as they source high quality candidates for our review in an efficient manner. We have been highly satisfied with the ease of this process and each new addition to our team
Richard Lloyd has provided both temporary and permanent resources for us. They listen to our requirements, take time to understand our business and ensure that our recruitment process takes place with a minimum of fuss
When I started looking for new positions that would match my personality and skills, I found it difficult to find the right support. I found the big agencies were putting me forward for roles that just didn’t fit with what I kept telling them were my requirements. When I met with Richard Lloyd, I found that the consultants not only listened but delivered on exactly what I requested. There were no false promises and random job interviews. Instead, I was presented with multiple opportunities that suited me perfectly. I have had the same experience when using Richard Lloyd to hire candidates for my teams as well. The candidates put forward match both the selection criteria and the personality fit required to create solid and stable teams. I recommend Richard Lloyd whenever I speak with someone who is looking for new employees.
I have had dealings with Richard Lloyd Recruitment over a period of five years, both as a candidate and as a client. The team at Richard Lloyd have always displayed integrity, professionalism and achieved great results. They make the whole recruitment process as pain-free as possible. I would highly recommend using Richard Lloyd for all financial and accounting recruitment.
I have worked closely with Richard Lloyd’s founding directors for many years and have enjoyed watching their business grow as a result of their passion for what they do. Richard Lloyd offer great service, great candidates, fantastic guest speakers at regular events and excellent training on getting the best from your staff. Whenever I have a recruitment need, they are the trusted advisors I turn to first.
Richard Lloyd has been very helpful in sourcing people for our company and my team. I trust that they have the ability to find the right candidates, because I myself was hired in my current role through a very careful and professional selection process.
I have dealt with Richard Lloyd for a couple of years now and have developed a wonderful relationship with them. Richard Lloyd has always been able to find candidates with suitable finance credentials, who also match our organisation’s culture. Given the nature of what we do at Human Synergistics, the cultural fit of a candidate is as important as the finance skills they hold. Working with many of Australia’s largest organisations to help improve their performance through Leadership and Culture, we value the importance of a constructive workforce.
I was first introduced to Louise a couple of years ago. This introduction has changed my faith in using external recruiters. Not only does Louise have in-depth knowledge of our industry but most of all she took the time to come out to meet and greet me to gain an understanding of our firm and the importance of finding the right people to fit into our firm's culture. Every time she recruits for me the field of candidates is so strong it is always a tough decision on which candidate to hire.
David Landau is a very professional, reliable and trusted partner. He invests time and effort to establish a partnership with his clients to better understand their business. The results he delivers are not just about finding the right candidates but doing so in an efficient manner and adding value to his clients in the process.
We have known and valued the relationship with Richard Lloyd that dates back to 2012. We have dealt with Kent for the most part and he has always provided us with helpful advice and insights into recruiting the candidate that is the best fit for our business. Kent has worked extensively on a number of appointments and as a CFO I’ve come to value Kent’s skill and judgement in matching us with the right people for our team. Richard Lloyd fosters strong relationships with their clients and appreciates the time pressures across the team – so I am always comforted by the fact that the shortlisted candidates have gone through a robust screening process before being presented to us. Kent and his team at Richard Lloyd have been invaluable to our business during a period of rapid growth and change and without hesitation, I would definitely recommend their service.
"Adele is a wonderful recruiter. I’ve worked with her on several occasions, both as an employer looking for a candidate & as someone looking for new opportunities. In both aspects, she is approachable and professional. She listens to your wants and needs and works with you to find the right role or candidate. I have no hesitation in recommending Adele to anyone."
I've had a longstanding relationship with Kylie from Richard Lloyd both as a client and a job seeker and found her to be an excellent recruiter to work with that is focused on long-term development. I highly recommend this agency.
I first got in touch with Richard Lloyd when I transferred to Sydney from the UK and needed help to find a key senior finance person for my team. It was very clear from the outset that Richard Lloyd was open, fair and trustworthy. They were extremely competent, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market as well as how an efficient recruitment process should be conducted. They also took the time to truly understand the role, team and culture to ensure any candidates they put forward were a great fit (no timewasters). Needless to say, they found an excellent candidate for the role and I have continued to use them for my recruitment needs ever since.

We had a great experience working with Richard Lloyd, and especially with John Salter, who was our main contact throughout the process. John was extremely professional, organised, and easy to deal with. Every candidate he sent through was of high quality, and the whole process was made seamless. They even arranged for us to interview all candidates in their office on the same morning, which saved us a huge amount of time and ensured we could properly assess everyone. Highly recommend John and the Richard Lloyd team.
