Recruitment is a career in which I have the privilege to meet new people every day and help them find their dream jobs. Growing up I never imagined I would be able to help people in this way. I absolutely love being able to help someone navigate their career and find their ideal roles. Nothing beats the thrill of calling someone and telling them they’ve landed their ideal role.
I would say recruitment found me. I have always thrived in environments that allow me to surround myself with people and to be able to do that every day is amazing. I love being able to work with a large variety of candidates, clients, and colleagues, and to pair this with the privilege of helping someone at a pivotal time in their career gives me immense satisfaction.
