The Finance Manager works closely with the CFO and is responsible for the following:
Initially, you will work on multiple systems and process projects to automate the finance & payroll functions
Managing a team of 4-5 finance staff
Preparing monthly management accounts, using the accounting system and Excel
Assisting with management commentary and Board reporting requirements
Reviewing and completing balance sheet reconciliations including detailed commentary on movements and reconciling any variances
Producing group financial and management reports for presentation to the CFO, including analysis of variances to budgets and forecasts
Assisting with the group budgeting and forecasting process, including assisting the business units and financial analyst
Producing financial information for the statutory financial audits
Support the FA with Year End Statutory Reporting, Year End Audits, Group Budgeting and Forecasting
We are looking for:
Fully CA or CPA qualified Finance Managers
Experiencing managing at least 2 staff directly
Ideally, you will have had full responsibility for financial and management reporting
In person, you are ambitious and love learning, and getting involved in process & value-add project work
You will have excellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders
