This contracted Payroll Officer role will work within a team of 4, reporting to the Senior Payroll lead. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 2300 employees.
Manage lifecycle payroll activities such as onboarding, offboarding and terminations
Interpret and apply relevant award rates
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information
Process payroll adjustments, including deductions and allowances.
To be considered for this Payroll Officer position, you should have prior experience in a high-volume payroll environment and possess the following:
Immediately available
Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
Exposure to Preceda / UKG is highly regarded
Experience in working with aged care, NFP or charitable industries
Communicate and work collaboratively with senior officers
