Finance Manager - NFP - North Shore

Company Background

Our client is a growing NFP with a fantastic reputation in the market. They take a person-centred approach to their operations and with a passionate and talented team, they sport very strong employee retention.

They are currently looking for a talented Finance Manager on a 3-day/week basis to cover sick leave. 

The Role

This Finance Manager position is a 3-month temporary role, working 3 days per week. This is a broad role in a small finance team for a hands-on Finance Manager with great team leadership skills. Your duties will include:

  • Management of month-end close and financial reporting
  • Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Board reporting
  • Oversight of AP, AR and Payroll functions
  • Management of 2 staff

Your Background

To be considered for this Finance Manager position, you will be an experienced Senior Accountant or Finance Manager with prior experience in Not-for-profit organisations. 

You should be on 1 week notice or less, and have the confidence to deal with senior leaders across the business.
