This Accounts Assistant Role will support the Financial Controller with:
Accounts payable, entering invoicing and coding in the system, answering supplier & client queries, assisting with payments runs
Accounts receivable, working with the client services team, allocating payments and credit control tasks
Ad hoc finance & administration tasks as required
Our client is looking for someone that matches the following criteria. You will:
Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written!
Have some basic finance or administration experience in an office environment
Have an accounting degree or are studying towards this
Any billings experience will be very highly regarded.
In person you are ‘curious’ and love learning! You are enthusiastic and engaging, and will be able to work with creative staff.
It is essential you have a valid visa to work in Australia and are currently located in Sydney.
