We work hard both for ourselves and each other with genuine care factor about what we do on a daily basis. And, most importantly, we love the buzz of finding people new jobs.

What we’re looking for

Here at Richard Lloyd, we have just celebrated our 10-year anniversary, and have seen significant year on year growth in the last few years. As a business, our track record for creating successful and long-term business partnerships with our clients has led to an ever-increasing demand for our services. With a growing reputation and big ambitions, we are looking to add great people to join us on our journey, especially as we near a move to our new offices.

Knowledge is power, and we have 115 years of recruitment experience between us! We collaborate to share practical and industry knowledge all the time – you will learn from the best. Every week is finished off with a communal session on success and learnings from the week.
