The senior management team with whom you will be working closely, are of a high calibre and commercially astute. 

If you are looking to join an organisation that has its values at the core of its work, this is a 12-month fixed term contract (with the possibility to extend) where you can make a meaningful and direct impact. Located in Sydney’s South, you can work close to home (no work from home available).

The Role

 As the Shared Services Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage the AP & AR teams – 7 direct reports
• Ensure AP & AR functions operate efficiently and all invoices are processed
• Finalise creditor and debtor reports
• Propose and lead process improvement initiatives
• Participate in transformation projects including an upcoming ERP implementation
• Ad hoc projects and tasks as required

To be considered for this 12-month fixed term contract Shared Services Manager role, we are keen to chat with talented professionals, ideally who meet the following criteria: 

• Significant AP and AR experience
• Team management experience
• Experience of participating in an ERP implementation and leading AP / AR modules
• Desire to work for a Christian organisation and to make a positive impact
