The Company

Our client is an established not-for-profit organisation in Sydney’s aged care and home care sector. They have been around for over 50 years! They are renowned for offering an outstanding service to their clients, and they have created an excellent working environment. They are on the hunt for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join and support the broader finance team.

The Role

Reporting to a supportive Finance Manager, your duties will include:

• Process account recharges
• Creation and distribution of invoices
• Handle invoice-related enquiries
• Accounts payable (processing invoices)
• Assist with month-end tasks such as bank reconciliations
• Support the broader finance team as required

Your Background

To be considered for this Junior Accounts Assistant position, you will need:

• Basic experience in AP/AR (minimum 6 months)
• Accounting degree or diploma 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
