Finance Support Role

The Company

Our client is a rapidly growing organisation, supplying industrial equipment to the construction and mining industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to work alongside a talented and supportive CFO. This role will evolve over time as you become confident in your day-to-day tasks.

The Role

Reporting to a smart and supportive CFO, your role will include:

• Accounts Payable: processing supplier invoices, payment runs, and credit card reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable: receipting and collections
• Bank reconciliation
• Fortnightly payroll processing
• Liaising with suppliers, clients and operational staff
• Assist with month-end reporting
• Ad hoc finance and admin support

As you continue to grow and become more confident, you will be given more responsibilities.

Your Background

Our client is looking for a candidate with the following criteria:

• Accounts Payable experience
• Accounts Receivable & Payroll experience will be highly regarded
• Xero experience will be highly regarded
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Australian Citizen or PR
