The Role

This role is a 12-month FTC to ideally start in the next week. This Accounts Officer role reports to a Finance Manager and would be responsible for:

• Raising purchase orders
• Reconcile invoices to statements
• Complete weekly and ad hoc payment runs
• Send out remittance when completing the payment run
• Calculate a recommended accrual based on unapproved/outstanding invoices
• Process and reconcile credit card expenses
• Produce sales invoices for QuickPay and Gaming Products
• Complete Bank reconciliations for all entities for operating accounts

Your Background

To be considered for this role our client is looking for candidates who:

• Have 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are ideally tertiary qualified
• Can start immediately or in the next week
