Dynamic Professional Services Support Role

The Company

An excellent opportunity to join a friendly, boutique accounting practice with a genuine family feel. The firm supports a broad client base, including high net worth individuals, businesses and SMSFs, and also provides advisory support around systems and process improvements.

This role suits a proactive, client-facing Accounts/Admin professional early in their career who’s keen to learn and grow within a professional practice environment.

The Role

  • Assisting with onboarding new clients
  • Managing/chasing emails and general practice administration
  • Meeting preparation and coordination
  • Basic bookkeeping support
  • Assisting clients with system/process questions

Your Background

You will ideally have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Currently completing or have completed a degree/diploma in Accounting or a similar field
  • Strong and confident communication skills to liaise with clients
  • Initiative and proactive approach to work and development
