Our client is an established retail and eCommerce business with a strong international presence across Australia, the US, UK and Europe. Operating across both online and wholesale channels, the business partners with well-known retailers while continuing to grow its direct-to-consumer operations.

Following recent investment in the business, the company is focused on strengthening operations and continuing its growth trajectory

Position Description

Responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations across multiple entities
• FX calculations for overseas supplier payments
• Supporting inventory reconciliations and inventory management processes
• Assisting the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance operations
• Ad Hoc duties

Your Background

• Experience within an Assistant Accountant or a broad accounts role
• Exposure to AP, AR and reconciliations
• Background within retail, wholesale, eCommerce, inventory or import/export environments
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a changing environment
• Degree qualified
• Experience with Xero advantageous
