Our client is an Australian fashion retailer has been a recognisable name for over 30 years. With stores across the country and a long-standing presence in the market, it has remained a consistent player in Australian retail.

The Role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report to a talented manager. Your role will include, but will not be limited to the following duties:

• Full function Accounts Payable
• High volume invoice processing
• International payment runs
• Petty cash reconciliations
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Supplier & customer liaison and inbox management
• Month-end assistance

Your Background

In order to be a successful applicant for this role, you will possess the following attributes;

• Prior experience in a full function AP role  
• Intermediate excel skills (pivot tables and Vlookups)
• Experience with Apparel 21 software or within a retail environment will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Happy to travel to the office 5 days per week
• Australian Citizen or PR
