Our client is one of Australia’s leading professional services firms within their specialty field, with a strong footprint across the APAC region. Due to a period of change, they are seeking an ambitious and energetic Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a longer-term temporary basis.

The Role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will step into a high-volume, process-driven role supporting both local and overseas supplier workflows, focusing on:

• Processing supplier tax invoices
• Managing credit card claims
• Handling operational invoices
• High-volume foreign and local payments
• Managing AP inbox and stakeholder queries
• Reconciling local and overseas creditor statements
• Matching direct debit payments to invoices and ensuring correct allocation

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Payable role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available
• Experience within end-to-end accounts payable roles
• Prior reconciliations experience
• Confident communicator
• Experience within high-volume processing
• Experience within legal/professional services or WIP-based industry is highly regarded
