Based in Sydney CBD, this role offers excellent WFH flexibility and the opportunity to join a close-knit, professional finance team within a well-established, high-performing organisation.

The Role

Reporting to a hands-on Finance Manager, you will step into a busy, full-function AP position. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Processing supplier invoices and entering AP transactions
• Reviewing and maintaining the AP ledger
• Reconciliations (including investigating and resolving discrepancies)
• Supporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc finance tasks as required

Your Background

To be considered for this AP Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available (or no longer than 1 week's notice) with full-time working rights
• Prior experience as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Officer in a busy environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence working in a direct, fast-moving business
• Strong ability to retain information and pivot quickly in a dynamic, complex setting
• Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables)
• Xero experience will be prioritised
