As the Assistant Management Accountant, your duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): ·
Completing the month end process including journals and reconciliations
Daily cashflow reporting
Preparing monthly reports for the Partners
Prepare monthly management reports
Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
Prepare BAS and other liabilities
Assist with the audit process
Ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this Assistant Management Accountant role, you should have the following skills and attributes:
CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent) or part qualified
Strong financial accounting skills particularly regarding complex reconciliations
Experience in professional services, experience in legal will be highly regarded
Passionate about developing management accounting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A problem solving focused approach and a team focused attitude
