Global Integration & Growth Exposure

The Company

A listed global business with operations across multiple geographies, currently in a sustained phase of international growth. Working closely with senior leadership across multiple markets.

The culture is entrepreneurial and high-energy. People are given real autonomy and exposure to senior leadership. They offer flexibility around hybrid working, with the ability to work from home one day per week where suitable, depending on business requirements.

Key highlights include:

  • Listed global business with strong growth momentum and an active international acquisition pipeline
  • Lean finance function with direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Genuine end-to-end ownership of complex integration projects.

The Role

A permanent senior finance position created to lead finance integration activity as the business continues to grow through acquisition. Reporting to the Head of the Finance transformation team, you will take ownership of integration workstreams end-to-end. • Build and manage integration plans, including milestones, risks and dependencies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams locally and globally to deliver outcomes
  • Drive alignment of financial controls, reporting frameworks and governance standards
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities through integration activity
  • Support compliance, audit and statutory requirements throughout each integration cycle

Your Background

You have a professional services or advisory foundation and have since moved into industry, building hands-on experience delivering integration or transformation work. You are comfortable building structures in ambiguous environments, managing stakeholders across different teams and geographies, and taking a project from plan through to execution.

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Demonstrated experience in finance integration, post-acquisition or transformation delivery
  • Strong project management capability across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to manage upward and across teams locally and globally
  • SOX or internal controls experience within a listed group is an advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems within a complex or multi-entity environment is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally
