The Role

As the Senior Accountant, you will report to the Financial Controller and work closely with the finance and operational teams.

Key duties include:

• Supporting year-end reporting and assisting with external audit deliverables
• Assisting with inventory accounting and investigating stock variances
• Preparing month-end journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Partnering with key internal stakeholders to support broader business initiatives

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment and enjoys adding value through process improvement and hands-on financial support.

Your Background

To be considered for this Senior Accountant role, you will need the following background:

• CA or CPA Qualified
• Immediately available
• Experience working as a Senior Accountant or a Finance Manager looking to jump into a contract
• Experience in a mid-large retail environment larger than $100m is highly desirable
• Able to drive to work as this role is not easily accessible via public transport
