We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, community-focused not-for-profit organisation based in South West Sydney. The organisation is values-led and genuinely supportive, with a diverse and friendly workplace culture.

The Role

Reporting to a supportive Finance Manager, your role will include:

• Running fortnightly payroll processing for 80+ employees

• Payroll reconciliations

• Supporting Employment Hero implementation

• Assisting with AP/AR when required

Your Background

Our client is looking for a candidate with the following criteria:

• Strong Payroll experience in a similar role

• Demonstrated experience with SCHADS award interpretation

• Hands on Employment Hero experience

• Confident communicator

• Immediately available or short notice period
