As the Payroll Officer, you will report into an experienced and supportive Finance Manager and your duties will include (but are not limited to):
End to end payroll processing on a fortnightly basis
Keep payroll records up to date including new starters, termination, salary changes, etc
Interpret Enterprise Agreements to ensure correct pay rates
Answer queries from internal stakeholders
Prepare Super, PAYG, Payroll tax calculations
Payroll reporting and reconciliations
Ad hoc duties as requested
To be considered for this Part-Time Payroll Officer role, ideally you will meet the following criteria:
End-to-end payroll processing experience
Experience in payroll awards and/or EBAs
Great customer service skills
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
While this role does offer flexibility in working hours (4 days a week that can be spread over 5 days), the finance team works from the office 5 days/week.
