Our client is a successful Property company located in bright and modern offices in Neutral Bay. They are currently looking for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As the Management Accountant, you will report to a Financial Controller and be responsible for:

• Planning and analysis
• Cashflow forecasting
• Budget preparation
• Project feasibility analysis
• Treasury compliance
• Project accounting
• Property accounting and reporting
• Intercompany charges and reconciliations

This role will give you an excellent opportunity to expand your business partnering abilities whilst developing your financial and management accounting skills.

Your Background

To be considered for this Management Accountant role, you will meet the following criteria:

• Professional Accounting qualification (such as CA / CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5 years plus working experience in accounting, performing management accounting duties, e.g. Budgeting, forecasting, analysis
• You will have an enthusiastic and can-do attitude coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Property industry experience is advantageous

Our client will also consider a return-to-work parent looking to work close to home in a part-time capacity (approximately 3 or 4 full days of work).
