Our client is an established and growing not-for-profit organisation. They are based on the Northern Beaches and accessible by public transport. They are going through a significant operational change to positively transform and shape the finance function. Our client is passionate about their cause for helping vulnerable members of society, and they do possess a collaborative, low-hierarchy and friendly environment with a strong work ethic. Their leadership team is approachable and keen on building a strong future. Additionally, they also do offer some flexibility for hybrid WFH arrangement after training.

The Role

This is a permanent and full-time Management Accountant position where you will be responsible for the following:

• Financial reporting and analysis

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Cost and performance management

• Business partnering with department heads

• System process improvement

Your Background

We are looking for candidates who fit the following profile:

• More than 3 years of local working experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Analyst

• Strong budgeting, forecasting and business partnering experience

• Advanced Excel skills to perform financial modelling and build budgets and forecasts

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with stakeholders

• Desire to work for a growing not-for-profit organisation
