Management Accountant - NFP - Inner West

The Company

Our client is a well-established and large not-for-profit organisation that provides home care and NDIS services to its client base. With a head office in the Inner West, our client has a fantastic team culture, WFH hybrid arrangements and a manager who supports and mentors his team. 

The Role 

This is a permanent and full-time Management Accountant position. Your responsibilities will include:

• Budgeting and forecasting 
• Business partnering with operational teams to drive their budgets and financial planning 
• Analysis and commentary 
• End of month bank and GL reconciliations  

Your Background

To be considered for this Management Accountant position you should possess the following criteria: 

• Part or fully CPA/CA Qualified 
• Experience working in a Not-for-profit or aged care sector with specific reference to Home Care Services
• Great communication skills to business partner with operational stakeholders 
• Willingness to learn and develop your skill set

Our client will consider candidates from a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or Assistant Accountant background.
