Due to the collaborative nature of the role with operations and the wider team, this is onsite 5 days, with parking provided.

The Role

This role has been created to support the Finance Manager. Tasks include:

  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and P&L analysis for business entities across the ANZ region
  • Assist with forecasting activities
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting
  • Assist with month-end close and reporting processes
  • Support FBT administration and compliance requirements
  • Reconcile the balance sheet and general ledger accounts
  • Review the transactional entries from junior members of the team to ensure the integrity of the month-end reporting
  • Assist with finance process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in ERP and systems implementation projects
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business

Your Background

Key requirements for this role are:

  • At least 4 years of management accounting experience. This will include P&L preparation and analysis. This is the key thing our client is looking for.
  • CA or CPA qualification or close
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great team player, happy to roll up your sleeves and help with any task!
  • MS 365 is a bonus but not essential.
  • Able/happy to work onsite 5 days a week.
