The Role

This is a hybrid role blending fund accounting, operational oversight and investor reporting. You will take responsibility for ensuring core fund processes are controlled, accurate and delivered on time across multiple vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversight of operational delivery across multiple investment vehicles
• Managing capital calls and distributions end-to-end, including notices, approvals, tracking cash movements and maintaining audit-ready records
• Maintaining and reconciling investor registers, subscriptions, transfers and supporting documentation
• Acting as the internal liaison with external fund administrators, auditors and tax advisors
• Coordinating quarterly reporting cycles, validating portfolio data and assisting with the preparation of investor reporting packs
• Supporting year-end audit and tax processes
• Maintaining fund documentation, including agreements, resolutions and transaction records, with strong version control
• Identifying and implementing process improvements across reporting workflows and controls
• Providing selective commercial support, including financial analysis and preparation of presentation materials

This role suits someone who wants to combine strong technical accounting skills with broader exposure to private capital operations and investor reporting.

Your Background

You will be a technically strong accountant with exposure to financial services, funds or transaction-based environments. You are detail-oriented, commercially aware and comfortable operating in a small, high-visibility team.

Ideal background includes:

• CA or CPA qualified or near completion
• 4 to 6 years of experience in fund accounting, fund operations, audit, transaction services or corporate finance
• Strong experience with reconciliations, cash movements and data integrity
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with external administrators, auditors or advisors
• Strong written communication skills for investor reporting
• Self-starter comfortable in a professional, deadline-driven environment
