Hands-On Finance Opportunity

The Company

Our client is a growing not-for-profit organisation providing essential community services across multiple locations. With a team of 60 and a recent expansion in both staff and operations, they are committed to improving lives and delivering meaningful impact.

The Role

This 7-month contract (with potential to go permanent) is a hands-on opportunity to support the finance function across reporting, operations, and projects.

Core responsibilities:

• Month-end transactional accounting up to trial balance, management reporting, and audit support
• Supporting payroll outsourcing and providing guidance to bookkeepers
• Assisting with process improvements, budgets, and grant tracking
• Ad hoc finance tasks as needed

Your Background

• Experience in a local accounting environment, ideally NFP exposure
• Familiarity with MYOB and payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
• Immediate availability preferred
