The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this Finance Officer role will be broad and will include (but not be limited to):

• Full-function AP

• Full-function AR including billing

• Trust account receipting & payments

• Matter reconciliations

• Matter balance reports

• Ad hoc requests and questions

Your Background

To be considered for this Finance Officer role, you will need to meet a majority of the following criteria:

• Experience in a professional services firm with a strong preference for experience in a legal firm

• Be degree-qualified or TAFE-qualified

• A forward-thinking mindset with an eye for making process improvements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A team-focused mentality with excellent attention to detail

• An inquisitive mind with a desire to develop your skills and grow your role in time
