Finance Officer (Part-Time)

Hands-On Role in Aerospace Manufacturing

Company Background

Our client is an Australian aerospace company with facilities across New South Wales. They are seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Officer to join their team to assist in all-round accounts processes.

The Role

As the Finance Officer, you will step into this part-time role to support account processing procedures, focusing on:

• End-to-end accounts payable, from invoice entry through to payment run preparation.
• Formatting purchase orders weekly
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Overseeing accounts receivable when needed

Your Background

To be considered for this Finance Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available
• Experience with end-to-end accounts payable
• Reconciliations experience
• Any experience with Xero is highly regarded
• Wanting part-time hours (16-20 hours p/week)
• Initiative, eager to learn
