Finance Officer (Part-Time) - NFP

Company Background

Our client is a Not-for-Profit who have been in operation and servicing their local community & clients for over 30 years. They are going through a period of change and building out their finance team further. They are seeking a talented Finance Officer to join their team on a part-time basis.

The Role

As the Finance Officer, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Processing invoices
• Setting up new suppliers and managing existing relationships
• Bank reconciliations
• Generating invoices and billing
• Debtor management
• Assisting with journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliations

Your Background

To become a valued member of the finance team, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available
• Experience with both accounts payable and receivable
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Prior Not-For-Profit or NDIS experience is highly regarded
• Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
