Company Background

This is the opportunity to join a leading entertainment business who are a leader in their field across Australia and New Zealand. The finance team are seeking someone with prior experience in a similar role, who is looking for their next long-term opportunity.

The Role

As the Credit Officer, you will focus on:

  • Collections via the phone and email (up to 50 per day)
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders on queries relating to outstanding accounts
  • Managing payment plans
  • Managing inbound calls and emails
  • Account reconciliations
  • Maintaining and updating client data

Your Background

As the Credit Officer, you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • At least 1 year of experience performing collection calls, either in a credit/collections role or as an all-rounder
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full Australian working rights (PR or Citizens will be prioritised)
