Position Description

Responsibilities include:

• High-volume invoice processing
• Processing intercompany transactions
• Supplier statement reconciliations and payment runs
• Resolving invoice queries and maintaining supplier relationships
• Supporting month-end finance processes
• Assisting with systems and process improvements across accounts payable

What you’ll bring

• Previous Accounts Payable experience within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your workload
• Experience using Pronto would be highly regarded, or exposure to a similar mid-sized ERP system
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
