Founded over 20 years ago, our client is a leading Australian business in the manufacturing and retail space. The business is PE-backed and has recently listed on the ASX, with strong growth creating a need for additional support.

Based in the office five days per week, this opportunity offers the chance to join an approachable and well-tenured finance team.

The Role

This is a 3-month temporary opportunity supporting a growing backlog in accounts payable. You will work in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment and play a key role in keeping AP processes moving. Key responsibilities include:

• High-volume invoice data entry and accurate allocation/coding
• Matching invoices to shipment POs (3-way matching)
• Supporting the broad finance team with ad hoc AR assistance as required

Your Background

To be considered for this AP Data Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available with full-time working rights
• Strong attention to detail, as this is data heavy and accuracy driven
• Working Holiday Visa (WHV – subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply
• Strong and confident communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables)
• Candidates with experience in AP/data entry within accounting or product-based environments will be prioritised
