End-to-End AP Role

The Company

Our client is a well-established engineering and technology international organisation operating within a project-driven environment. With a strong global presence and a reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects, the business partners with clients across a range of sectors, including industrial, infrastructure, and commercial environments.

The Role

This role has become available due to an internal promotion. Your duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processing
• Process invoices and perform detailed data entry, including job numbers, item numbers, and POs
• Develop a strong understanding of the job quoting and project costing process
• Create and maintain purchase orders, ensuring alignment with job and item numbers
• Perform thorough cross-checking and reconciliations across multiple data sources
• Manage invoice approvals, ensuring timely sign-off from relevant stakeholders
• Perform weekly payment runs, ensuring subcontractors are paid on time

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Payable role, you must have experience with the following:

• Accounts Payable experience
• Happy to travel to the northern beaches
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work with a range of stakeholders
• Australian citizen or PR (or close to)
