The Company

Our client, a hugely successful Australian technology firm, is looking to strengthen its finance team with an AP Officer.

You will join an established business experiencing massive growth across the globe.

This role reports into a high-calibre Financial Controller with an impressive track record of developing and mentoring their staff. The business also offers 2 days a week working from home once initial training has been completed.

The Role

As the AP Officer within this well-established organisation, you will have exposure to and responsibility for a variety of duties. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Invoice processing, including business and employee expenses
• Reviewing the finance inbox and replying to queries
• Supplier reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with process improvements and system upgrades

Your Background

As the successful candidate, you will meet the majority of the following criteria:

• 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Officer position
• Proactive personality and eager to learn  
• Strong communication skills, as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
