Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a broad property accounting role with full ownership across a multi-asset class portfolio. You will cover everything from month-end close to FFO/AFFO analysis, with real scope to improve how the function operates.
You are a Property Accountant who understands how real estate investment returns work. You know FFO and AFFO, you can work across a mixed portfolio, and you want a role where you can build something rather than just maintain it.
