The Role

A permanent senior role sitting within the transformation team. This position carries full program ownership from design through to delivery, with broad stakeholder engagement across Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Procurement and HR.

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation across reporting, processes, systems, controls and governance

• Influence senior leaders across Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Procurement and HR and direct external advisors and delivery partners to secure program outcomes

• Sponsor finance systems and data initiatives from requirements definition through mapping, validation, migration, testing and go-live

• Maintain accountability for audit, tax, compliance, statutory reporting and control integrity throughout transformation

• Report on progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders

Your Background

The ideal candidate has a professional services foundation, has since built hands-on in-house experience, and is ready to take full ownership of a complex transformation program. You bring structured thinking, strong influencing skills and the ability to engage at an executive level. Self-directed and energised by building in environments where the playbook may not yet exist.

• CA, CPA or CIMA qualified

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in finance transformation

• Demonstrated ownership of finance transformation or process improvement programs end-to-end

• Strong project management: planning, governance, risk and stakeholder communication across complex programs

• Large ERP experience advantageous; ERP implementation or migration experience a strong plus

• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across local and global teams

• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to create structure in fast-moving environments
