The Role

As the Senior Credit Controller, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the collection of outstanding invoices via phone call and email
• Arrange payment plans and payment terms with clients
• Maintaining data within the practice management system
• Troubleshooting and handling client queries

Your Background

To be considered for this Senior Credit Controller role, you must possess most of the following attributes:

• Legal or professional services industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
