Credit Officer - Professional Services

The company

Become a key member of the finance team in Australia, working within a leading specialist professional services firm in the APAC region. Work with the Team Leader, Partners and other operational finance teams acting as the “go-to” for creditor and billing matters.

The role

• Managing outstanding accounts
• Handling client queries and statement issues
• Escalating bill enquiries
• Working closely with Partners and Secretaries to monitor client account activity
• Managing credit limits
• Reconciling client accounts
• Allocating funds
• Working with external agencies for bad debt

Your background

To become a key part of the credit team, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediate availability
• Experience within the professional services industry (legal, consulting, business services, engineering etc.)
• Prior experience in an end-to-end AR or Credit Officer role
• Can partner and communicate well with people at all levels of the business
