End-to-End Project Finance Role

The Role

As the Project Accountant, your role will be broad and varied, and include the following duties:

• Forecast revenue and track performance across your portfolio
• Collaborate with project leads to build the project budget and monitor actual vs budget/forecast
• Review & analyse how projects are tracking monthly and identify risks
• Run monthly billing for your projects, including WIP (work in progress) monitoring
• Manage debtors/credit control
• Manage subconsultant/subcontractor invoicing and reporting

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

• Degree qualified as a minimum, ideally studying towards CA or CPA
• Experience working in a project-based industry such as engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, consulting, and broader professional services.
• Experience in an end-to-end project accounting role (from debtor management to budgeting)
• Full Australian working rights
