The Role

As the Payroll Specialist, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Work closely with the FC and HR in the mapping of procedures and processes of a recently implemented payroll system (Definitiv).
• Assisting in processing payroll for 180 staff
• Ensuring award calculations are implemented correctly 
• Ensure accurate payroll transactions and payments.
• Complying with relevant awards and legislation
• Ad Hoc duties as required.

Your Background

To be considered for this Payroll Specialist position, ideally, you will meet some of the following criteria:

• Immediately available to start
• End-to-end payroll experience for a minimum of 3+ years
• Process or procedure mapping
• Experience using Definitiv System is highly regarded but not essential
• Strong communication skills, as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to drive would be preferred; free parking available
