The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll take ownership of payroll processing for one of the organisation’s entities. This part-time role offers flexibility with 2–3 days per week, increasing to 4 days during January and February. You’ll also benefit from hybrid working, with one WFH day each week.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end payroll for <300 employees (including starters, terminations, and pay runs)
• Interpretation of awards and entitlements
• Managing back pay and assisting with payroll projects
• Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting

Your Background

• To be considered for this opportunity, they are looking for someone with:
• 3–5 years’ end-to-end payroll experience (standalone or within a team)
• Knowledge of payroll awards
• Strong communication skills
