That growth has created an opportunity for an Analyst to join its lending team.

Key highlights include:

  • Training from experienced senior lenders

  • Exposure to internal teams and external parties across the lending process

  • A well-established business with a growing loan book

The Role

Working within the lending team, you will support Portfolio Managers and Senior Portfolio Managers across the loan book, including loans that need closer attention.

  • Monitor covenants, arrears and breaches, and help prepare remediation plans

  • Build cash flow models, track settlements and forecast repayments

  • Prepare expected credit loss (ECL) and credit risk reporting

  • Draft loan submissions, variations and restructure proposals for review

  • Support restructures and enforcement with analysis and reporting

  • Liaise directly with borrowers, lawyers and insolvency practitioners

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready loan files and documentation

Your Background

This role suits an early-career professional looking to move into lending. You communicate clearly, learn quickly and want a long-term career in the industry.

  • Early-career experience in Big 4, banking, investment analysis or finance within a lender

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including basic Excel modelling
