Financial Analyst

The Company

Our client is a high-growth Healthcare business going from strength to strength in a challenging market. With more growth on the horizon, they are looking to hire a high-performing Financial Analyst to deepen their data driven strategic planning.

Offering up to 3 days/week working from home, they maintain a positive and dynamic company culture with a focus on flexibility and high performance. With a strong leadership team, you will be well supported and have access to a broad range of stakeholders across the business.

The Role

This is a 3-month temporary Financial Analyst position, reporting into the FP&A Manager. This role is part of a small analytics team, and you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, which will include but not be limited to:  

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial modelling – 3-statement models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis
• Workforce optimisation
• Revenue and cash flow modelling
• Assistance with M&A activities

Your Background

To be considered for this Financial Analyst role, you should fulfil the following requirements:

• CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA
• Experience in Financial Analyst positions previously
• Prior experience utilising advanced Excel skills to build complex models
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Ideally, you would have some exposure to business valuations
• A valid visa to work in Australia

This client will require you to complete a police check prior to starting.
