The Role

  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets, depreciation, loans and interest
  • Oversee inventory accounting with a focus on accuracy across a high-volume distribution environment

  • Prepare monthly management reports and update weekly KPIs for the executive team
  • Drive process improvements and build out reporting capabilities in NetSuite

  • Provide technical support and mentorship to the Finance Manager/Bookkeeper

  • 5+ years of accounting experience with strong technical skills in accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and tax
  • ERP system experience (NetSuite experience highly regarded but not essential)
  • Inventory accounting experience from a wholesale, distribution or manufacturing background
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to simplify and present data
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and integrity
  • Team player mentality with a proactive communication style
