The Role

As the Credit/Collections Specialist, you will report to a talented and approachable Finance Manager. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Collections calls and emails
• Manage student payment plans
• Ensure student charges are accurate and correctly recorded
• Maintain accurate fee structures
• Prepare and issue invoices and statements

Your Background

To be considered for this Collections position, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Proven, extensive experience in Collections/Credit Control and/or AR
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Confident using systems including Excel
• Education experience will be highly regarded
