Company Background 

Our client is a global organisation operating within the not-for-profit sector. They have been operating for over 100 years and are a well known name within their community. This is an organisation that has multiple projects operating at once, which makes it a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Reporting to a supportive Manager, this role is diverse and includes the following:
• Full function Accounts Payable
• End to end payroll processing for roughly 30 staff
• Preparation of BAS, PAYG and Superannuation
• Reconciliations and operational ad-hoc reporting
• Supporting month end and year end processes including journal posting
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Ad hoc admin and operational support

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will be hands-on, adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Below are the requirements:

• Strong end to end bookkeeping experience (minimum 5 years)
• MYOB Account-right experience
• Full function payroll processing experience
• Experience preparing BAS and IAS
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• NFP experience will be highly regarded
