The Role

This role supports the finance team and wider business with the following tasks:

• Media Billings & reconciliations
• WIP analysis & job cost reporting
• Working with client services to ensure timely billing on jobs
• Responsible for Working Capital reporting
• Monthly reconciliation summaries and budget tracking reports for Account Managers
• Accounts Receivable – reporting on aged debtors

Your Background

We are looking for candidates with experience in either Advertising, Media, Design or another creative industry.

You will be an outgoing, enthusiastic finance person with strong experience in billings &/or media reconciliations. If you have assisted with project reporting, WIP or job cost reports, that will put you at the front of your peers.

Excellent communication skills & a valid visa to work permanently in Australia are required.
