The Role

This role supports the finance team and wider business with the following tasks:

• Job Cost Reporting – tracking budgets
• WIP analysis
• Working with client services to ensure timely billing on jobs
• Responsible for Working Capital reporting, including monthly calls
• Maintenance of the revenue pack
• Accounts Receivable – reporting on aged debtors

Your Background

We are looking for candidates with experience in either Advertising, Media, Design or another creative industry.

You will be an outgoing, enthusiastic finance person who loves working with non-finance to assist them with their deliverables.

You must have experience in revenue/project accounting and be familiar with WIP/Billings and similar project-related concepts from your previous work experience.
