The Role

Your role as the Billing Officer will include, but will not be limited to:

• Act as a key contact for client and supplier enquiries
• Prepare and manage recurring billing cycles
• Reconcile accounts
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up as required
• Maintain client account information
• Month-end close assistance
• Collaborate with senior team members to improve and streamline workflow

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet most of the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a billing role (NDIS or Aged Care)
• Strong communication skills to handle internal and external enquiries
• A good attitude and willingness to learn
• Full Australian working rights
