Dynamic Finance Support Role

The Company

Our client is a diversified property development and construction business based in the CBD. They have shown impressive year-on-year growth and continued to build a high-performing team with a strong finance leadership group.

As a result of this growth, they are undertaking system improvement projects. This role will help with these projects and backfill existing staff responsibilities.

The Role

This Assistant Accountant role reports to a Senior Accountant and is part of a mid-sized finance team. It will be a temporary role, with an initial 3-month term. Your responsibilities will include:  

• Month-end GL recs
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier reconciliations
• AP processing
• Assisting the finance system upgrade

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a full-function Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant role, which includes AP.

You should be on 1 week's notice or less for a temporary position.

Ideally, you would have exposure to MYOB or Property / Construction experience.
