Assistant Accountant - Marketing Agency

The Company

The Role

The role offers 2 days WFH and will be reporting into a talented and approachable Financial Controller. The main responsibilities would include:

• Full-function accounts payable
• Accounts receivable and credit control
• Assisting with client billing
• Raising purchase orders and tracking approvals
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the month-end process
• Ad hoc finance support

Your Background

To be considered for this Assistant Accountant role, you will meet most of the following criteria:

• Solid AP and AR experience
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders with non-finance backgrounds
• Experience in a similar environment or industry
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, proactive and positive attitude that fits well within a tight-knit team
