The Role

In this Accounts Payable role, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Timely processing of invoices
• Matching invoices with purchase orders
• Scheduling payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Update and maintain vendor database
• Payroll administration and data entry
• Ad-hoc tasks to support the broader finance team

As you master your tasks, you will be given the opportunity to take on additional work whilst maintaining your core day-to-day responsibilities.

Your Background

To be considered for this AP position, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

• 3-5 years of experience performing accounts payable tasks and reconciliation
• Able to travel to the eastern suburbs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full Australian working rights
