Accounts Receivable & Office Support

Company Background

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturing business specialising in products used across the construction, automotive and industrial sectors. Their products are widely distributed through major retailers and trade suppliers across Australia.

The Role

  • Accounts receivable collections and customer follow-ups
  • Processing receipts and allocating incoming payments
  • Managing a low to moderate volume AR ledger
  • General administration and reception duties
  • Supporting internal finance processes and system improvements
  • Assisting with automation initiatives within the finance function

Your Background

  • Immediately available
  • Some experience within accounts receivable, administration or office support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
